Terms of sale of the Pandora’s online store
1. Definitions
The term "Products" refers to the products sold by Pandora.
"Pandora" means the company with the name "SF1 Klips" DOOEL Skopje, with address at St. "Ljubljanska" no. 4 - U 121, distributor of Pandora jewelry, which, as the holder of the franchise for the brand "Pandora" for the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, acts in and on its own behalf, but uses the brand name "Pandora".
"Services" means the services that “Pandora” provides to its customers.
Basic conditions
Pandora's general business conditions are defined by Pandora's sales terms. The general business conditions of the Internet Store have been defined in greater detail according to the areas you can access by clicking on the desired field. The general business conditions define the activity of the Internet Store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between Pandora and the customers.
An online store or an e-shop is an information system designed to introduce and sell products to consumers. It is managed by the company "SF1 Klips" DOOEL Skopje. User is the person who uses the specified system, i.e. the consumer in the online store/e-shop.
Orders
You can order the products online, on the website: www.pandorashop.mk
A maximum of five (5) identical products or items can be ordered with one order.
All orders are subject to limited quantities, according to the quantity of products in stock. “Pandora” will notify customers as soon as possible of a possible shortage of certain products or items.
“Pandora” reserves the right to refuse an order in whole or in part or to request an advance payment for the value of the order if it detects non-reliable payment abilities of the potential buyer.
Instructions for making orders
To shop in the online store "Pandora", it is recommended to register on the registration portal. You can shop in the online store "Pandora" without registering.
The registration process is simple:
Click the "Login" box at the top of any page, then the "Register" box.
A new page will open where you need to enter your first and last name, email and password.
On the new page, select whether you want to register as a natural or legal person and enter the delivery details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Check the box "I agree with the privacy policy" if you agree with the privacy policy and choose the ways you want to be contacted. Click on "Next" box.
You have successfully registered.
Shopping
Choose the products or items you want to buy. Next to each item, there is an "Add to Cart" button - click on it and select the quantity. The item will be added to your cart.
At any time, by clicking on the "Cart" box at the top of the page, you can see how many products or items you have in your cart and what their total price is. The price does not include shipping costs. All prices on the site are VAT (value added tax) included.
If you want to cancel the purchase of the product, click on the box "X" next to it and the product will be removed from the cart.
Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, click on "My Cart" and you will be redirected to a new page with the contents of your cart. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it on this page. Click on the "Next" field at the bottom of the page. Confirm shipping details or enter new details if you want the product to be delivered to another address.
At this moment we offer delivery through the courier company "Falcon Logistics" DOO - Skopje, on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Here you can see how much costs the delivery of your order. The price includes the value added tax (VAT).
Click on "Next".
You can choose the payment method on this page. If you have registered as a natural person, you can choose one of three payment manners:
- Payment upon delivery - you pay the courier, in cash, when he delivers the order.
- Payment by payment slip at post office or at bank.
- Card payment - by selecting this option you will be redirected to the secure portal of the card payment provider C Pay / Komercijalna Banka and you need to follow the instructions.
If you have registered as a legal entity, you can pay for your order through a bank account. Upon receipt of the order, payment / invoice instructions will be sent to you.
Click on "Next".
Click on "Send payment order".
Your ordering process is now complete.
At the e-mail address you left during registration, you will receive a confirmation of the order with a specification of the ordered products, prices and shipping costs.
Delivery of products
Delivery is made exclusively to addresses on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. "Pandora" will try to deliver the products to the address specified in the order, within five (5) working days, at a price of 200 MKD (standard delivery).
We deliver to the address stated in the order, on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, in cooperation with the courier service "Falcon Logistics" DOO - Skopje.
If your order exceeds the amount of 5500 denars, the standard delivery for such an order is free of charge.
If, for a specific reason or force majeure, the abovementioned delivery time cannot be met, you will be notified in a timely manner.
Deviations and delays in delivery may occur if the recipient is not available at the address when attempting to deliver the order, if the recipient does not respond to the telephone number left when logging in to the system or due to unforeseen transport situations over which the carrier fails to influence, and with whom "Pandora" has concluded an agreement.
Your obligation is to check the item upon receipt and immediately, and at the latest within 24 hours of receipt, report any irregularities if you notice that there are any, to the e-mail address: info@pandorashop.mk.
If you want a product or service delivered in a way other than that provided by Pandora, you must submit such a request to Pandora, and if accepted, pay all associated costs.
Ownership of the products and all risks involved, you take as soon as you receive the products.
2. Product return
2.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online or from the contract concluded outside the business premises, i.e. to return the goods that do not suit you, within fourteen (14) days from the day of acceptance of the delivery - in the manner determined here - ( refers to the part related to the cancellation process).
2.2. You are responsible for checking the quantity and quality of the goods at the time of delivery, and in the event of defective or inappropriate products, you are obliged to notify “Pandora” immediately upon receipt of the goods. If the product you purchased is really defective, “Pandora” can repair, replace or refund you in accordance with your rights, as defined here - leads to complaints.
This does not exclude your right to unilaterally withdraw the contract for the sale of goods, concluded online, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
3. Notice of the method and receipt of complaints
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage to it (scratches and crumbs), you do not need to lift the package. In this case, please contact us at info@pandorashop.mk. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
If upon receipt of the order you find that the delivered products or items are not in accordance with the order made or the invoice information is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment, contact us at info@pandorashop.mk
The seller is responsible for the inadequacy of the delivered goods, in accordance with the contract in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Obligations.
Seller is a legal or natural person from whom the consumer bought goods.
Consumer is any natural person who buys products or uses services for direct own consumption, in the business premises of the trader, outside the business premises, as well as with distance contracts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his commercial, economic, craft or professional activity.
The consumer submits a complaint or complaint to the seller.
The seller is responsible for any inadequacy of the purchased goods if the goods do not meet the manufacturer's specifications.
If the goods do not comply with the manufacturer's specifications, the consumer has the right to ask the seller to remove all defects and non-conformities free of charge, first of all, by repairing or replacing the product, and then to ask for a proportional price reduction or termination of the contract.
The seller is obliged to repair and replace the product within a reasonable time, depending on the type of product and without creating significant inconvenience to the consumer, and no later than 30 days from the moment of submission of the request by the consumer, taking into account the nature of the goods and for the purpose for which the consumer procured them.
All costs necessary to meet the manufacturer's specifications, in particular the cost of labor, materials, assembly and delivery, are borne by the seller.
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract, if he/she cannot exercise the right to a repair or replacement, if the seller did not repair or replace the product within the deadline, or if the seller did not repair or replace the product without significant inconvenience to the consumer. The consumer cannot terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.
The seller is responsible for the defects of the products from the contract if they are discovered after the transfer of risk to the consumer, provided that the consumer notifies the seller of the visible defects within eight (8) days from the day of their discovery. The period of six months is a period of six months from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. the date is calculated from the date of delivery of the products, i.e. from the receipt of the goods, which is the date of the invoice in the delivery / fiscal invoice signed by the consumer if it’s regarding online shopping of goods or outside the business premises of the seller.
The consumer has the right to request removal of the defects free of charge, replacement of the product with another suitable product, proportional reduction of the selling price or termination of the contract, unless this is contrary to the nature of the goods and the nature of the specific defect or if the product defects are caused by a violation of the rules of use and storage by the consumer, by third parties or by force majeure.
The inability of the consumer to deliver the original packaging cannot be a condition for the resolution of a complaint or the reason for refusing the elimination of a non-conformity.
The buyer can file a complaint for fulfillment of his rights due to non-compliance of the goods with the contract, as well as due to incorrectly calculated price and other deficiencies, by sending an e-mail to the seller's e-mail address: info@pandorashop.mk or in writing, at the address: "SF1 Klips" DOOEL Skopje, St. "Ljubljanska" No. 4 - U 121, Skopje.
The seller is obliged to respond to the consumer in writing or electronically, without delay, and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a response to the submitted request and a proposal for its resolution.
If the seller for objective reasons is not able to fulfill the request of the buyer at the agreed time, he is obliged to inform the buyer about the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint and state the deadline within which he will resolve it, as well as to obtain consumer’s consent which the buyer will give as soon as possible. Extending the deadline for resolving complaints is possible only once.
If the buyer does not accept the replacement of the product for another, suitable one, the buyer will be refunded the amount he paid to the seller for that product.

Product prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in denars, VAT included. The prices do not include transportation costs. Pandora can change product prices without prior notice. Pandora will not change prices after your order has been confirmed.
The buyer will pay the current price of the product at the time of sending the order, in the amount in local currency.
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
The invoiced value can be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment / order or, previously, with a payment slip at the counter in the post office or at a bank.
With a payment card, during the order creation process. You can pay for your order using Visa International, MasterCard / Maestro payment cards.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
The security of the data at the time of purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, S Pay / Komercijalna Banka, so that the entire payment process is performed on the website S pay / Komercijalna Banka. Payment card information is not available for our system at any time.
Payment is possible only in MKD currency. Payment is possible with payment cards of domestic and foreign banks. The amount for which your account will be debited is obtained by converting your currency into MKD, according to the exchange rate of the National Bank. There may be small differences in the price charged and the price listed on our site, resulting from the exchange rate conversion.
Wire transfer (for legal entities) - upon receipt of an order, we will send you payment/calculation instructions. Your order will be delivered after your payment has been received.
Delay payment is not possible.
If the delivery address of the product is different from that specified on the invoice, then invoices must be paid before delivery.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE ONLINE CONCLUDED CONTRACT – UNILATERAL TERMINATION
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (hereinafter referred as: the Law), the purchase through our website is considered as sale by concluding an online contract, i.e. a contract concluded outside the business premises of the trader.
In accordance with the Law, for the online concluded contract, the buyer, who is considered a consumer (natural person who buys a product to satisfy its individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), has a period of fourteen (14) days for withdrawal from the online concluded contract or for a contract concluded outside the business premises. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but does not have to, state the reasons for the withdrawal.

In the case when the consumer withdraws from the contract, the consumer has the right to reimburse the payments or to replace the product with another product.
The seller undertakes to reimburse all payments received by the consumer, including shipping costs, without undue delay, when he receives or takes over the goods that the buyer returns, and in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the day he is notified of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
The seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs, when the consumer has clearly decided on one type of delivery, except the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller.
The seller may refrain from returning the money until he receives the goods or until the consumer submits proof that he has returned the goods.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, but not later than fourteen (14) days from the day of submitting the statement for withdrawal of the online concluded contract. Before returning the order, contact us at info@pandorashop.mk to receive instructions on the address to which you should send the goods whose purchase you are canceling. After the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the day when the statement for withdrawal of the online concluded contract was submitted, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, it must be returned in good and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging which must be accompanied by the original invoice or fiscal bill, together with the completed statement for withdrawal of the online concluded contract, which can be downloaded here.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for any defects or damage to the product resulting from improper handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the goods in such a way that it is not appropriate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that damage has occurred, or the product is damaged, through the fault of the buyer, a refund will be deducted and the product will be returned at his expense.
The costs and the returning funds for the goods returned shall be borne by the buyer, unless the buyer receives a defective or faulty product.
In the event of a withdrawal from a online concluded contract, “Pandora” accepts return only on products that are brand new and in original condition and packaging, together with the fiscal bill or invoice. In such circumstances, “Pandora” will refund the amount of the returned items when it receives or takes over the goods that the buyer returns, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the seller is notified of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

Refund procedure
Contact us at info@pandorashop.mk, with information about your invoice / fiscal account number, delivery note and transaction account number.
When you submit the necessary information, documentation will be created which will be submitted to you together with the refund procedure, to the e-mail address you left when creating the order.
The refund is made exclusively in the above way, with a refund to the transaction account of the buyer and it is not possible to send money by courier, in cash.
In case of return of the goods or refund to the client who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, SF1 Clips Dooel is obliged to make a refund exclusively through payment methods with Visa, EC / MC and Maestro cards. This means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will return the funds to the account of the cardholder.
You can not voluntarily change the ordered product or request a refund at any of the points of sale or send the products to the addresses listed on the invoice / fiscal invoice, or to the delivery note, without first contacting and making an agreement with the operators in the online store whose contact details are listed above.
Any such package will be returned to the sender at his expense.
Responsibility
In terms of products and services, Pandora's sole liability is limited as expressly stated in these terms of sale. All other responsibilities are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Pandora is not liable (either contractual or non-contractual, or otherwise) for any direct, specific, consequential or indirect damages, including loss of revenue that may result from the sales described herein.

Applicable Law / Legislative Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Northern Macedonia and must be interpreted in accordance with them. The courts in Skopje are exclusively competent to resolve any disputes that may arise between you and Pandora.
