PRODUCT RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online or from the contract concluded outside the business premises, i.e. to return the goods that do not suit you, within fourteen (14) days from the day of acceptance of the delivery - in the manner determined here.
You are responsible for checking the quantity and quality of the goods at the time of delivery, and in the event of defective or inappropriate products, you are obliged to notify “Pandora” immediately upon receipt of the goods. If the product you purchased is really defective, “Pandora” can repair, replace or refund you in accordance with your rights, as defined here.
This does not exclude your right to unilaterally withdraw the contract for the sale of goods, concluded online, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
